Mr. Sherman leads the firm's estate planning department. His practice is devoted to estate planning, tax controversy, and business planning. He is an adjunct professor at Wayne State University Law School, and he has lectured at a number of seminars involving the utilization of entities for business, tax, and estate planning purposes.
