SCOTT R. SCHUBINER, who has been a member of our firm for almost 15 years, contributes to virtually all areas of our practice. Scott provides our clients with experienced legal services in our Commercial Real Estate practice (where he has a special expertise in landlord/tenant matters), in our Business Structures & Transactions practice (where in addition to the preparation of business formation and other contractual documents, Scott negotiates and consummates loan transactions), in our Commercial Litigation And Dispute Resolution practice (where Scott has litigated collection, construction lien, and other commercial disputes in numerous state courts), and in our Estate Planning And Administration practice (where Scott is instrumental in the preparation of all necessary trust documentation and has probated numerous estates). The diversification of Scott's practice allows him to provide a wide range of perspective to our clients.

Scott received his law degree in 1996 from Wayne State University Law School. He graduated with high distinction from University of Michigan - Dearborn, School of Business Administration with his undergraduate degree in 1993.
